National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan met with Argentine President-elect Javier Milley to discuss the importance of continuing to develop a strong relationship between the United States and Argentina, the White House said.
The relationship could evolve “on economic fronts, as well as on shared priorities such as investing in technology and clean energy, protecting human rights, and defending democracies around the world,” the White House said in a statement.
“National Security Advisor Sullivan congratulated President-elect Miley on her election victory and expressed his commitment to continuing close cooperation between the two countries,” the White House said.
